 構(gòu)造簡介

I. Structure

實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)部

Inside the laboratory

噴霧塔：鹽霧經(jīng)玻璃噴嘴，再經(jīng)錐形分散器分散到實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)部。

Spray tower: The salt spray, through the glass nozzle and then the cone disperser, comes to the inside of the laboratory.

噴霧調(diào)節(jié)器：用于調(diào)整噴霧量的大小，調(diào)高噴霧塔噴霧量增加，調(diào)低噴霧塔噴霧量減少。鹽水槽位于噴霧塔底部，其水位是由浮球控制，可自動控制水位，槽內(nèi)底部有排水口，由硅膠塞控制。

Spray adjustor: Used to adjust the volume of spray. When the spray tower is adjusted higher, the spray volume will increase; when the spray is adjusted lower, the spray volume will decrease. The brine tank is located on the bottom of the spray tower and its level is controlled automatically by the float ball. There is a drainage exit, which is controlled by the silicone stopper.

收 集 器：鹽霧以自由落體方式落于面積為2000px2之漏斗杯內(nèi)，再流至計(jì)量杯內(nèi)。

Collector:    The salt spray falls into the 2000px2 funnel cup in form of free fall and then flows into the measuring cup.

置 物 架：每條（根）支撐重量以不超過2kg，如分散放置可承受重量不超過10kg以內(nèi)

Storage shelf: The load on every piece of support should not be more than 2kg; in case of separate storage, the total weight should be within 10kg.

過 濾 器：用于過濾鹽液中之雜質(zhì)。

Glass filter:  Used to filtrate the foreign substances in the saline solution.

加 熱 水 槽：位于實(shí)驗(yàn)室底部，通過加熱提高水溫以保持試驗(yàn)室溫度和濕度。

Heating water tank: It is located on the bottom of the laboratory. Through heating, it can increase water temperature so as to keep the temperature and humidity of the laboratory.

Outside the laboratory

干濕球溫度計(jì)： 通過干濕球溫度值可計(jì)算出試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)濕度。

Dry and wet bulb thermometer: With the dry and wet bulb temperature values, the humidity in the laboratory can be calculated.

計(jì)量桶： 收集每次試驗(yàn)之噴霧量

Jigger: Used to collect the spray for every test.

隔絕水槽： 利用水封原理，以避免鹽霧外泄

Sealed trough: With water seal principle, it is used to prevent salt spray leaking outside.

飽和空氣桶： 壓縮空氣經(jīng)過該桶加溫、加濕后以達(dá)到飽和濕度。

Saturated air barrel: The compressed air, after heated and wetted by this barrle that is made of stainless steel, becomes saturated.

鹽水儲藏室：儲藏鹽水以備鹽水槽使用。

Salt water storeroom: Used to store brine for the use of the brine tank.

排 氣 管：直徑為英制1.5寸大小，從此處接排氣管到室外，使試驗(yàn)室里的鹽霧能夠自然排出

Exhaust pipe: Its diameter is 1.5 inches or so. Connected from here outdoor, it is used to exhaust the salt spray from the laboratory outside naturally

排 水 管：直徑為英制4分大小，從此處接排水管到到室外，試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)的廢水由此排出

Drain pipe: Its diameter is 4inch. Connected from here outdoor, it is used to drain the waste water from the laboratory outside.

入 水 口： 補(bǔ)充試驗(yàn)室及飽和桶之水至正常使用狀況

Water inlet: Used to supplement the water of the laboratory and the saturated air bucket into normal use state.

控制系統(tǒng)：

Control system:

試驗(yàn)室溫控表：控制實(shí)驗(yàn)室溫度以達(dá)到試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定要求 。

Laboratory temperature controller:
Used to control the temperature of the laboratory so as to ensure it meets the requirements of the test standards.

飽和空氣桶溫控表：控制飽和空氣桶之溫度以達(dá)到試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定要求 。

Saturated air barrel temperature controller:
Used to control the temperature of the saturated air barrel so as to ensure it meet the requirements of the test standards.

計(jì) 時(shí) 器：設(shè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)所需時(shí)間，范圍0.01S——9990H，時(shí)間到自動停機(jī)。

Timer: Used to set the time needed for testing between 0.01S and

9,990h. When the set time is reached, the device may

automatically stop.

累 時(shí) 器：累積機(jī)器總的噴霧時(shí)間。

Time accumulator: Used to accumulate the total spray time of the device.

飽和空氣桶的溫度控制器保護(hù)器：位于控制箱內(nèi)，溫度安全設(shè)定值比實(shí)際溫度高10℃。

Saturated air barrel temperature controller:
Located in the control box with the temperature safety value set 10℃ higher than the actual temperature.

左方低水位警報(bào)燈：當(dāng)試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)的水位低于下限，此燈亮并切斷電源。

Left low water warning lamp: When the water level in the laboratory is lower than the lower limit, the lamp will be on and cut off the power.

右方低水位警報(bào)燈：當(dāng)飽和空氣桶之水位低于下限，此燈亮并切斷操作系統(tǒng)。

Right low water warning lamp: When the water level in the saturated air bucket is lower than the lower limit, the lamp will be on and the operation system is cut off.

電源開關(guān)：控制全機(jī)之總電源

Power switch: Used to control the main power of the whole device.

操作開關(guān)：控制試驗(yàn)室加熱水槽及飽和空氣桶之加熱系統(tǒng)

Operation switch: Used to control the heating system of the

laboratory heating water tank and the saturated air bucket.

定時(shí)器開關(guān):控制時(shí)間控制器之電源

Timer switch: Used to control the power of the timer.

左方低水位警報(bào)燈：加熱水槽之水位低于下限，則此燈亮并切斷電源

Left low water warning lamp: When the water level in the heating water tank is lower than the lower limit, the lamp will be on and the power is cut off.

右方低水位警報(bào)燈：飽和空氣桶之水位低于下限，則此燈亮，并切斷操作系統(tǒng)

Right low water warning lamp: When the water level in the saturated air bucket is lower than the lower limit, the lamp will be on and the operation system is cut off.

噴霧開關(guān)：控制噴霧系統(tǒng)

Spray switch: Used to control the spray system.

除霧開關(guān)：控制除霧系統(tǒng)

Defogging switch: Used to control the defogging system.         

安裝須知及注意事項(xiàng)

II. Safety Notice

1 電源220V   單相30A

Power: 220V; 1-phase, 30A.

3 機(jī)器放置位置后面離墻約1250px左右，兩側(cè)預(yù)留維修之空間

For the location of the device, its back should keep 1250px or so from the wall and both sides should leave serving space.

5 排水管可用PVC英制4分硬管排放，須注意水管應(yīng)往下

排氣管可用PVC英制1寸半硬管沿伸至室外排放，須注意排氣管之安裝，可沿水平方向延伸到室外。

  The drainpipe should be 4” PVC hard pipe and must be always downward. The exhaust pipe should be of 1.5” PVC pipe and extend outdoor for exhausting. Attention must be paid on the installation of the exhaust pipe and it should extend horizontally outdoor.  

4.機(jī)器之安裝位置，請避免陽光直照射，以免影響測試之條件。

The installation location of the device should avoid direct sunshine and avoid affecting the conditions of testing.

5.機(jī)器之安裝位置，應(yīng)盡量勿靠近其它電器設(shè)備或易燃物品，以免危險(xiǎn)。

For the installation location of the device, it should be kept away from other electrical appliances or flammable articles so as to avoid risk.

6.本機(jī)器為PVC塑料制成，請勿用力碰撞，以免破裂，使用溫度請勿超出試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍，以免因過熱而變形

This device should be made of PVC. Never impact it with force to avoid breaking it. The temperature should not be out of the standard range for testing so as to avoid distortion due to overheat.

 操作說明

III. Operation 

1   請先將直徑8mm的氣管連接接至機(jī)臺后方的入氣口，氣管 的另一端接至空壓機(jī)。
  Connect one end of an air pipe of 8mm diameter to the air inlet on the back of the device and another end to the air compressor.

2   將后方進(jìn)氣壓力調(diào)整至2kg/cm2，其壓力可由壓力表得之（順時(shí)針增加，逆時(shí)針減少）
  Adjust the rear inlet pressure to 2 kg/cm2, and its pressure can be read from the pressure guage (clockwise for increase; anticlockwise for decrease).

3   將入水管接至自動入水口，本機(jī)采用自動加水裝置，故須接入水管，否則只能采用手動加水。
Connect the water inlet pipe to the automatic water inlet. This device adopts automatic watering device, so it must be connected to the water pipe; otherwise, water can be added with hand only.

4   排水管及排氣管的連接如前頁所示。
  The connection of the drainpipe and exhaust pipe is as indicated in the previous pag

5   將密封水槽加滿水，調(diào)配試驗(yàn)溶液
  Add water into the sealed water tank until it is full and prepare the testing solution.

調(diào)制方法：
Method to prepare the testing solution:

a)   取9.5升純凈蒸餾水，測試其PH值是否在6.5至7.2之間。Prepare 9.5L purified distilled water and check if its pH value is between 6.5-7.2.

  PH值如大于7.2 則加入少許冰醋酸。
  If pH value is higher than 7.2, add a little iced acetic acid.

  PH值如小于6.5則加入少許氫氧化鈉。
  If pH value is lower than 6.5, add a little sodium hydroxide.

（以上b、c步驟如使用純水并不需要量測）(For b and c above, if purified water is used, no measurement is needed).

d) 加入500g氯化鈉（NaCl）.攪拌均勻。
Add 500g sodium chloride (NaCl) and mix them equal.

6. 將配好的鹽水倒入鹽水儲藏室，即可自動補(bǔ)充鹽水到試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)的鹽水槽里。
Pour the prepared brine into the salt water storeroom, then it can be supplied into the brine tank in the laboratory.

7. 往濕球杯加水，濕球溫度計(jì)表面覆著紗布，紗布末端應(yīng)置于濕球杯內(nèi)。
Add water into the wet bulb cup; cover the surface of the wet bulb thermometer with gauze whose end should be inside the wet bulb cup.

a) 放置試片或試樣于置物架上。
Put the test slice or sample onto the storage shelf.

b) 設(shè)定試驗(yàn)室溫度
Set test temperature.

a． 中性鹽霧試驗(yàn)：試驗(yàn)室溫度 35℃  飽和空氣桶溫度  47℃ 
b． 腐蝕試驗(yàn)：試驗(yàn)室溫度  50℃       飽和空氣桶溫度  63
Temp-tester:   NSS.ACSS 35℃ ±1℃/ CASS 50℃ ±1℃
Temp- Saturated Air:NSS.ACSS 47℃ ±1℃/ CASS 63℃ ±1℃

8.  設(shè)定試驗(yàn)時(shí)間：  0-9990HR   
Set test time: 0-9990HR

10.  先后按下電源和操作按鍵，這時(shí)試驗(yàn)室和飽和空氣桶的溫度開始增加，直到達(dá)到所設(shè)定溫度。
    Press the power key and operation key in sequence, then the temperature of the laboratory and the saturated air bucket will start increasing until the set temperature is reached.

11． 試驗(yàn)室和飽和空氣桶的溫度到達(dá)設(shè)定要求后再按下噴霧按鍵，調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)器前方的調(diào)壓閥，將壓力調(diào)至1kg/cm2，其壓力可由壓力表得之（順時(shí)針增加，逆時(shí)針減少）
    After the temperature of the laboratory and the saturated air barrel reaches the set one, press the spray key and Adjust the pressure governor valve in the front of the device to adjust the pressure to 1 kg/cm2, and its pressure can be read from the pressure guage (clockwise for increase; anticlockwise for decrease).
12． 按下計(jì)時(shí)按鍵，試驗(yàn)正式開始，時(shí)間到達(dá)后，機(jī)器自動停機(jī)。
    Press the timing key to start the test formally; after the set time is reached, the device will stop automatically.  
13．試驗(yàn)完畢，依順序?qū)㈤_關(guān)全部關(guān)閉。
    After the test is over, turn off all switches in sequence.

14．試驗(yàn)中如有異常之現(xiàn)象，請參照功能異常判斷表處理
In test, if abnormality occurs, please deal with it by referring to the functional fault judgment list.E

 故障指示

IV: Fault Indication 

A.超溫指示燈：左右兩方皆有（左方超溫指示燈為試驗(yàn)室超溫指示，右方超溫指示燈為飽和桶超溫指示）。當(dāng)超溫?zé)袅疗穑邢铝腥N情況。
Over-temperature indicator lights: There are over-temperature indicator lights on both the left and the right (the left one for the laboratory and the right for the saturated air bucket). When either over-temperature indicator light is on, it indicates the following cases will occur:

1． 超溫控制保護(hù)器設(shè)定錯誤
The over-temperature control protector is set wrongly.

2． 檢查溫度設(shè)定是否過低,請重新設(shè)定
Check if the temperature setting is too low. Please reset it.

3． 如超溫指示燈持續(xù)亮?xí)r,通知本公司處理
If the over-temperature indicator light keeps on, inform us of dealing with it.

B.低水位指示燈：左右兩方皆有（左方低水位指示燈為試驗(yàn)室低水位指示，右方低水位指示燈為飽和桶低水位指示）。此燈亮?xí)r，將切斷操作電源，直至試驗(yàn)室或飽和桶內(nèi)的用水補(bǔ)充到正常位置，機(jī)器才能正常使用。
Low water level indicator lights: There are over-temperature indicator lights on both the left and the right (the left one for the laboratory and the right for the saturated air bucket). When either indicator light is on, the operation power is cut off; the device cannot work normally until the water for the laboratory or the saturated air bucket is supplemented to the normal position.

C.結(jié)束指示燈：此燈亮?xí)r，表示試驗(yàn)時(shí)間至此結(jié)束。
End indicator light: When it is on, it indicates that the test time is over.

 功能異常判斷及處理

V: Functional Fault Determination and Solution

 維護(hù)事項(xiàng)

VI. Maintenance

1 試驗(yàn)時(shí)間如超過1個(gè)月，請將試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)的水更換
If the test time is over one month, replace the water in the laboratory.

2 試驗(yàn)用之鹽液如超過一星期未使用，請勿再使用，以免影響檢測品質(zhì)。
Never reuse the saline solution for test that has been idle for more than one week so as to avoid affecting the test quality.

3 試驗(yàn)時(shí)間每超過72小時(shí)，請將空壓機(jī)內(nèi)之積水排放
For every 72h test time, drain the accumulated water in the air compressor.

4 試驗(yàn)時(shí)間如超過200小時(shí)，請更換空壓機(jī)內(nèi)機(jī)油
If the test time is over 200h, please replace the oil inside the air compressor.

5 本次試驗(yàn)做完，如離下次試驗(yàn)時(shí)間間隔較長，請于此次試驗(yàn)完畢后請將試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)的水排放，并清洗干凈。
After the test is over, if long time is from this test to the next one, drain all water in the laboratory and clean the device thoroughly.
※試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)之水排放---------------打開排水閥
Drainage of the water in the laboratory-Open the drainage valve.
※密封水槽內(nèi)之水排放---------------將膠塞拔起
Drainage of the water in the water tank-Plug the rubber out.
※鹽水槽內(nèi)之水排放---------------將內(nèi)部膠塞拔起
Drainage of the water inside the brine tank-Plug the inner rubber out.

6 為確保測試質(zhì)量之標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，每使用3000小時(shí)，請定期更換璃噴噴嘴。
In order to ensure the standard of the test quality, when the device is used successively for 3,000h, please replace the glass nozzle regularly.
